4-5 Chicken thighs
4 cups Thai Rice
1/2 cup Butter
1Litre Chicken stock
2 pinches Saffron
Deep fried Shallots (slices)
Chicken marinade:
1/4 Cinnamon stick
2 tsp Cloves
2 tsp Peppercorns
3 tsp Cardamom
2 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin
3 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Tumeric powder
5 tsp Sugar
4 tsp Salt
120g Yoghurt
1/2 Ginger
6-7 Garlic cloves
Chili sauce:
1/2 cup Water
1cup White Vinegar
1cup Sugar
4 tbsp Salt
2-3 Coriander roots
10 Green bird's eye chili (adjustable)
3-4 Garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
